Responsibilities:
As a Travel Pharmacist in Charge, your primary duties will entail executing Long-Term Care Pharmacist responsibilities. It includes ensuring the accurate dispensing of medications, overseeing medication therapy management, collaborating with healthcare providers, and maintaining regulatory compliance within the long-term care setting.
Ideal Candidate:
- Immunization Certified
- CPR Certification
- PharmD or MTM Certified
Qualifications:
- Active state pharmacist license in Minnesota (or ability to obtain)
- Experience in Long-Term Care Pharmacy settings preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
