Location:Hinckley, MN

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 8:30 am 5:30 pm
• Some weekends

Responsibilities:

As a Travel Pharmacist in Charge, your primary duties will entail executing Long-Term Care Pharmacist responsibilities. It includes ensuring the accurate dispensing of medications, overseeing medication therapy management, collaborating with healthcare providers, and maintaining regulatory compliance within the long-term care setting.

Ideal Candidate:

• Immunization Certified
• CPR Certification
• PharmD or MTM Certified

Qualifications:

• Active state pharmacist license in Minnesota (or ability to obtain)
• Experience in Long-Term Care Pharmacy settings preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
