The Physician (MD/DO) in Primary Care (PACT) is accountable for adhering to established policies and standards of care/standards of practice in evaluating, tracking, and following up on patient care. You will collaborate with health care professionals to provide longitudinal case management of the PCP's entire PACT panel with independent care delivery for acute/same-day needs, or when otherwise requested by the PCP. As Section Chief, you will be responsible for the overall functionalities of all PACT teams.

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm

Preferred Experience:

• Board Eligible/Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Management
• Womens Health (Willing to train)
