Description The Badger Operations Leadership Training (BOLT) candidate will participate in an in-depth training program. BOLT candidates will rotate to different company departments (eg Finance, Sales, Marketing, etc.) to learn all company functions, policies, and staff duties over a 2-3 month period. BOLT candidates will get hands-on experience in all facets of the business, including learning how to operate a Hydrovac truck, sell the business services, and run a profitable operation.
