£700 - £800/day (Umbrella)- Inside IR35
A major Financial services organisation is looking to bring in a Business Analyst with an exceptional understanding of a range of Middle Office investment products and processes.
The role brings opportunity to work on their programme which has the objective to transition specific Asset Management services from multiple suppliers to one best-in-class supplier.
This specific role is to work as part of the transition of the Middle Office activities from the incumbent provider to the new provider. This includes all aspects of migration including design and agreement of future state model and partnering with the new vendor to plan and deliver all aspects of development and migration (including operational, legal and technology components)
Responsibilities:
- Supporting in the development, maintenance and management of project plans and associated artefacts that support delivery of project objectives
- Work closely with business sponsor and SMEs, driving target operating model outcomes and ensuring business needs will be met in the end state model developed with the vendor.
- Drive process improvement
- Partner with incumbent and future vendors to ensure smooth transition
- Ensure all aspects of migration are planned for and delivered
- Formulate, organise and monitor inter-connected projects and coordinate cross project activities
- Develop and control deadlines, budgets and activities
- Apply change, risk and resource management
Candidates will need the following to be considered for the position:
- Strong core BA skill-set with experience of Project Management
- Derivatives, OTC, Collateral, Trade Capture, Performance & Attribution - In depth knowledge and experience
- Investment background
- Excellent communication skills - Both written and verbal
- Able to effectively engage with stakeholders
