Responsibilities

• Design and develop RF circuits and systems for telecom products, including transceivers, amplifiers, filters, Clocks circuits and antennas.
• Participate in the full life cycle of telecoms Radio product development, from specification and design through implementation, testing and support.
• Conduct feasibility studies and perform RF simulations to optimise system performance.
• Coordinate design review activities to ensure that designs meet their requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware, firmware and software and test engineers to ensure seamless integration of RF circuits into overall product design.
• Conduct testing and validation of RF designs, troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during the development process.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for the RF Design, including design specifications, debug guide and user manuals.
• Work closely with manufacturing teams to ensure successful transfer of RF designs into production.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in RF and telecom to contribute innovative ideas to product development.
• Develop/maintain supplier relationships.

Candidate requirements

• Bachelor s or master s degree in Electrical and Electronic engineering or related fields.
• Experience with 4G and beyond technologies.
• Over 8 years proven Industrial experience in RF circuit design for telecom products, with a focus on wireless communication systems.
• Knowledge of RF Front End modules, Clocks, FPGA functionalities and architectures.
• Proficiency in RF simulation tools and design software (eg, ADS, HFSS).
• Experience with measurement equipment such as network analysers and spectrum analysers.
• Familiarity with multi-layer PCB layout and design considerations for RF circuits.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to RF and wireless communication.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
