Responsibilities:

• Manage purchase requisitions and orders using Coupa.
• Monitor approval processes and ensure timely processing of orders.
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Provide monthly forecasts and assist in budget tracking.
• Identify and address risks and issues related to billing.
• Participate in technology and operational project tracking.
• Prepare reports and data analysis to support decision-making.

Skills & Experience Required:

• 3+ years of experience in an analytics type role.
• Experience in handling financial data, CAPEX, OPEX, forecasting, managing budgets.
• Background in technology, finance, or related field.
• Strong financial data processing skills.
• Firm communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Self-motivated with minimal supervision required.
