Operations Analyst (Permanent)
Location: London; Hampshire Country: UK Rate: £40k - £50k
We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Analyst to join a successful, growing and sustainably focused online retail organization.
Hybrid working/remote in the majority, with bi-weekly meetups in London/Hampshire ideally but there can be some flexibility (travel expenses covered)
In this role, you will work closely with the business in several key areas including: performing data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for process optimization, process evaluation looking at inefficiencies and opportunities to reduce cost, risk management to mitigate against risks and performance monitoring to ensure targets can be met.
To be successful in this role you will need:
- A background in low/no-code solutions - AirTable experience is of key priority interest but other low/no-code solutions are also of interest
- E-commerce experience also of key interest
Key skills and experience required:
- Proven background, interest in and advocate of no/low code solutions - Airtable experience ideal
- Proven experience within an Operations Analyst role working closely with the business with good stakeholder and interpersonal skills
- Proven data analysis skills and experience
- Process evaluation skills and ability to identify inefficiencies and solutions
- Risk management skills to be able to mitigate against eg regulatory risks
- Performance monitoring to ensure targets and objectives can be met
