We are looking for a dynamic and experienced SAP Business Processes Integration Lead to spearhead the integration efforts across various business units and systems within my clients organization. My client is moving from their current SAP landscape to S4 HANA.
This role requires a deep understanding of business processes, coupled with expertise in integration methodologies and tools. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving process efficiency, data consistency, and cross-functional collaboration through seamless integration solutions.
Key Responsibilities of the SAP integration Lead

Business Process Analysis: Analyze existing business processes across different departments and systems to identify integration opportunities and streamline workflows.

Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders from different business units to gather integration requirements, understanding their unique needs and challenges.

Solution Design: Design end-to-end integration solutions that optimize business processes, leveraging integration platforms, APIs, and Middleware technologies.

Technical Implementation: Lead the implementation of integration solutions, working closely with IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure successful deployment and adoption.

Data Governance: Establish data governance principles and standards to ensure data consistency, quality, and security across integrated systems.

Change Management: Drive change management efforts to promote user adoption and acceptance of new integrated processes, providing training and support as needed.

Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of integrated processes and systems, proactively identifying and addressing issues to ensure optimal efficiency and reliability.

Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers involved in integration projects, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and timelines.

Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives for integration processes and tools, staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.
Required skills & Qualification SAP integration Lead
- Experienced in business process analysis, integration, and improvement initiatives in SAP.
- Strong understanding of business process management (BPM) principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Strong project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex integration projects from inception to completion.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Experience with change management principles and methodologies, driving organizational change and adoption of new processes.
