Description:
The Digital Merchandising Specialist will be a part of the Global Digital Merchandising team, who are ultimately responsible for developing & executing holistic merchandising strategies for the Store App, in partnership with key stakeholders and program leads. This role will own some specific merchandising tasks, as well as the administrative support elements for the merchandising team;
Support merchandisers with creation & delivery of merchandising plans.
eCommerce market analysis of competitor and eCommerce trends for priority markets.
Update & manage team project tracking tool (Wrike)
Own and maintain team project, promo & campaign calendars.
Manage Online Store maintenance for site fixes & faults, actioning directly with cross functional partners, or allocating/tracking with relevant team members.
Manage team shared file repositories.
Local report generation, supporting team members with data requests for site performance.
Validation of new content prior to publication to deliver flawless execution.
Propose improvements to processes and tools to drive efficiency.
