We are in search of an experienced Programme Lead to work on a pioneering project that will shape the way that banks and firms across the financial services realm, operate.

Remote/Office Work: You'll be required to work at the client offices in Canary Wharf or Synechron's offices in the City for up to three days per week.

What you'll do:

• Assist with the focus for End User Asset Management, then the adoption of all IT infrastructure assets over the course of the project which is set to last for 12months +.
• You will be part of a wider team supporting activities in the short term from the ITAM Ops team, who are focused on IT Asset Inventory reconciliation work which covers Inventory Process, Data Management and Stockroom Management
• You will get the chance to gain exposure to Hardware Asset Management (HAM) Pro which is a new module that is going to be widely and extensively used for similar projects across Financial Services in years to come

Requirements:

• At least 15 years' experience working in a Programme Manager capacity.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow.
• A background working in Banking or Financial Services in general would be beneficial
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Certified Implementation Specialist is a plus.
• Experience with other reporting tools and technologies.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
