Overview:

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with a strong background in regulatory reporting, specifically in either Capital or Liquidity reporting. The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years of relevant experience in project management within the financial sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage IT projects related to regulatory reporting, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop project plans.

  • Utilize expertise in regulatory reporting, particularly in Capital or Liquidity reporting, to guide project execution and ensure accuracy.

  • Familiarity with COREP (Common Reporting) standards is highly desirable.

  • Experience with Axiom software is preferred, as it will be beneficial in streamlining reporting processes.

  • Manage project budgets effectively, with experience in budget management ranging in the region of 1.5 million.

  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.

  • Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project delivery.

  • Lead project team members, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in IT project management, preferably within the financial services industry.

  • Proven experience in regulatory reporting, with a focus on either Capital or Liquidity reporting.

  • Knowledge of COREP (Common Reporting) standards is highly desirable.

  • Familiarity with Axiom software or similar regulatory reporting tools.

  • Strong budget management skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.

  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus.
