Are you an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst ready to an internationally renowned publising giant? Our client, is seeking a talented individual to join their dynamic Front Office Technology team. About Our Client:

Our client is a renowned publishing organisation with a commitment to advancing knowledge and education worldwide. They partner with researchers, educators, and technology experts to ensure they stay ahead in the ever-evolving world of knowledge sharing.

About the Role:

As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will be responsible for capturing and understanding business requirements. You will lead workshops, drive process flows, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver optimal solutions aligned with our strategic roadmaps. Working closely with our Salesforce Functional Lead, you will contribute to the efficient delivery of Salesforce-powered solutions within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead business workshops to capture clear requirements for Salesforce products.
  • Collaborate with technology teams to ensure design consistency and maximum value extraction.
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Front Office technologies.
  • Analyse existing technical implementations and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications using best practises.
  • Advise stakeholders on Salesforce capabilities and best practises.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst in a global organisation.
  • Salesforce Admin Certification in CRM and Service.
  • Recognised BA Certification and Salesforce Admin Certification.
  • Strong knowledge of business analysis and development methodologies.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs.
  • Experience working independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments.
  • Familiarity with Marketing Cloud and Configure, Price Quote (CPQ) is a plus.
