Lead Full Stack Developer

London, (Hybrid), to GBP £85k

Lead Full Stack Developer required for our client, a tech driven, award-winning E-commerce company.

This is a newly created role which will see you looking after two small Teams, one Front End and one Back End (.net) Working as the Tech Lead you will remain very much hands on but will be key in the formation of roadmaps and pushing the technical direction. You will ideally have experience of working within E-commerce/landing pages and taken ownership of SEO targets, managing performance optimisation.

Essential skills required for this role are good knowledge and experience in Front End Technologies but you will also need to have .net skills. We are looking for someone who is able to guide the way with technologies, especially on the Front End. Ideally you will have some people management skills and owned the delivery of projects previously.

• Provide leadership, management, guidance and mentorship to Development Teams.
• Leading the Team, ensuring that web products are completed on time to a high standard, ensuring best practice.
• Remain hands-on providing technical guidance to the team on Front End technologies.
• Communicating with senior stakeholders.
• Working closely with the Back End/Full Stack/Front End Developers to ensure that project goals are met

Experience required:

• JavaScript, HTML, CSS Front End experience
• Any experience of using SPA Front End frameworks would be an added bonus
• Experience working with C# .NET Core
• E-commerce experience or landing pages focused teams, projects
• Have a good understanding of web and Front End performance optimisation
• Lead experience - strong leadership skills, experience in managing teams (including offshore teams would be desirable) and managing stakeholders/owning the delivery.
