On behalf of Tesco Bank, AMS are now looking for a PMO Manager based in Edinburgh (Hybrid- 2 days in a week) for an initial contract length of 6 months.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist in managing and coordinating multiple workstreams and projects within the organisation.
• Support project planning activities, including creating project plans, timelines, and schedules.
• Monitor and track project progress, identifying any deviations from the plan and corrective actions as necessary.
• Conduct risk assessments and assist in developing risk mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.
• Prepare and deliver packs, presentations, reports, and other project-related documentation using PowerPoint and other tools.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Technology PMO experience preferred (Experience within a technology environment within Financial services).

• Transitional service agreements experience. (Preferred)

• Experience of using 'Kiplot' system would be hugely advantageous

• Working in fast pace complex programme, including wider programme over multiple workstreams.
