Process Improvement Lead (Contract/Permanent)

Location: City of London Country: UK Rate: £70k - £100k per annum
 

One of our Law clients is looking for a Process Improvement Lead to support their wider change agenda.

Role: Process Improvement Lead

12 months Fixed Term Contract (FTC)

Hybrid role: 2-3 days a week in a central London location

Salary: £70k-£100k depending on experience

This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced, high performing business to map and document end-to-end processes across a portfolio of systems change, making recommendations to improve or fix any process issues. You will be an integral part of maturing the process improvement team, driving efficiency across all end-to-end processes.

Key Requirements:

  • 10+ years' experience delivering process improvements across a portfolio of tech-driven change
  • Have delivered process improvements within multi-national professional services clients
  • Experience creating detailed process maps and documentation for end-to-end processes and then recommending ways to improve or to fix issues
  • Strong stakeholder management skills critical; someone who has engaged with stakeholders across the globe and at all levels of seniority and intellect
  • Process improvement qualification desirable
  • Hands on, proactive individual who is ready to roll their sleeves up when necessary

This is a 12 months FTC contract with 2-3 days a week travel required into a London office.
