Tax Senior (Permanent)
Location: Colchester, Essex Country: UK Rate: £40k - £45k
Devonshire Hayes have partnered with a high-profile Accountancy organisation to help them secure a Senior. You will have the opportunity to become an integral part of a dynamic, growing tax department, and regional firm.
Hybrid - 2 - 3 days per week on-site
You will be tasked with the following:
- Managing a portfolio of clients including individuals, partnerships, and trusts.
- Preparation of self-assessment tax returns for review by senior staff
- Review of work prepared by junior members of staff.
- Involvement in corporation tax compliance, to include preparation or review of corporation tax returns.
To be successful in this role, you should:
- If you have strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, a professional approach to clients and colleagues, and a firm commitment to providing high quality client service
- Relevant experience in a similar position
- 3-4 years' experience in personal, corporate, or mixed tax, preferably within an accountancy firm environment.
