2nd Line Desktop Support Engineer

York, 2 days in the office per week
An exciting new opportunity has arisen to work with a well reputable global food manufacturing business, who are tech-first in their approach.
You will bring your prior experience as a Desktop Engineer to assist in their migration to Windows 11, as well as providing on-site technical assistance and support related to computer systems including troubleshooting hardware, software and laptop rebuilds.
Key Requirements:
Experience delivering 2nd line support
Laptop and Hardware build
Prior experience performing Windows migrations
Strong knowledge and experience of Windows 11
EUC experience
