Power BI Developer (Contract)

Location: Exeter, Devon Country: UK Rate: £350 - £500 per day
 

Job Title: Power BI Developer

Type: Contract

Length: 12-month-contract

We're recruiting for a Power BI Developer with a minimum of 4 years relevant experience, with background in working in the utilities sector. This is a 12-month contract position with competitive rates, starting in two weeks. You'll be working Full time on-site (3-4 days for the first two weeks, followed by 3 days every alternate week) in the South West region.

The ideal candidate should have strong SQL and Data Analysis skills. You must also have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Collaboration is key in this role, as you'll be working with a social team.

  • Experience of processing and analysing large, complex data sets.
  • Ability to effectively use of Management Information tools/visualisation technologies (eg Tableau, Power BI).
  • Experience of using coding languages (eg python) to analyse and visualise data.
  • Experienced in working in large, complex and decentralised organisations with a significant number of diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to produce complex, detailed reports and data.
  • Experience of working with spreadsheets and other analytical tools.
  • Must have experience working across the Oil & Gas, Energy or Water sectors.
