We're looking for a Tech BA who understands Datamodelling as well as business processes to join a major British multinational retailer and support them as they refine the data from their HR system into the identity platform and beyond.

The ideal candidate has a strong background as a Tech BA and prior experience with HR Systems especially Oracle.

This role is hybrid with ad-hoc visits to the Paddington office.

Key responsibilities:

• Overseeing the implementation of technical business projects and solutions
• Defining business processes
• Gathering and defining requirements
• Configuring and implementing the Oracle system, as well as writing and executing test plans and troubleshooting complex system issues;
• Stakeholder management
