The Role:

• Lead the development and implementation of the L&H data strategy.
• Collaborate with teams globally on data-driven business projects.
• Shape the data-driven future across key functions.
• Drive continuous improvement in data quality and governance.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in a data-related subject.
• Excellent knowledge of the London Insurance market. Reinsurance knowledge is highly advantageous.
• Experience in developing and implementing data strategy.
• Knowledge of IT principles and data governance.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
