2nd Line Service Desk Analyst (Contract)

Location: Leeds Country: UK Rate: £150 - £180 per day
 

IT Service Desk Analyst

Outside IR35 - up to £180

6 months contract

Leeds - 5 days a week onsite

An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Service Desk Analyst to work for a large-scale global organisation. You will be responsible for providing a blend of 1st and 2nd line support on a busy fast paced helpdesk.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a point of contact for phone calls, emails and support tickets from colleagues regarding IT issues and queries.
  • You will be supporting on-site users with 1st and 2nd line queries
  • Setting up and rolling out new machines
  • Backing up devices to the cloud

Experience Required:

  • Previous IT Service Desk experience is imperative, across both 1st and 2nd line.
  • Be able to provide excellent customer service.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with Office 365, AD, Windows and OneDrive
  • The ideal candidate will be reliable and have strong communication skills.
  • The ability to work independently as well as in a team.
