Location: Luton, Bedfordshire Country: UK Rate: £57k per annum
 
Business Systems Analyst - Luton/Hybrid - CRM - £57,000pa + excellent benefits package!

One of the UK's leading travel clients now requires a skilled Business Systems Analyst who can act as the liaison between the business and IT to implement and maintain efficient systems.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to have CRM at the heart of their career and wants to excel in CRM Tools and Processes.

The ideal Business Systems Analyst will have the following skills/experiences:
  • Excellent all-round BA skills
  • Strong background working within E-commerce.
  • Extensive experience working with CRM Tools and Processes (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics etc)
  • Previous Experience in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Strong Interpersonal and Stakeholder Management Skills
This is a hybrid position and would require you onsite 3 days per week at their office in Luton.

Our client are offering a salary up to £57,000pa + an excellent benefits package!
