Proven experience Waterfall and Agile Project Management through the full project delivery life cycle. Delivery of multiple projects at the same time
Very experienced in an equivalent complex environment with multiple technical delivery teams through Matrix-management of delivery resources
Experience in managing cross-functional delivery teams many of whom are remote/3rd parties.
Clear stakeholder management experience at SME and senior levels
Deep knowledge of a range of agile and lean tools and techniques.
Experience of delivery across order to cash or similarly complex space (Orders/payments, SAP or Oracle) or HR systems
Working with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Solution Architects and Test Managers
