As a Quantity Surveyor, your primary responsibility is to manage the cost planning and estimation processes throughout the life cycle of projects. This entails producing accurate estimates and conducting budget reviews across diverse sectors. You will be tasked with collecting and analysing data to understand the needs of clients and stakeholders, ultimately producing comprehensive Analysis and Benchmarking Reports to ensure value for money and identify cost trends and drivers. Accuracy and currency of reported data are crucial aspects of your role.

Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in fostering innovation both within the organization and externally with clients. This involves championing new ideas and leading the development of tools that integrate data, dashboards, and outputs for unit cost analyses. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to continuously improve processes.
