Administrator - End - user Computing, Jamf & Intune, Swindon, Outside IR35

EUC Administrator required to provide onsite support to our clients' platform. You will own the day-to-day management and support for their deployment project, approximately 500 users. You will provide specialist support with the BAU team to ensure the processes are being followed and be available to provided any technical support should issues arise.

Suited candidates will have strong Intune and Jamf management platforms experience and be confident in troubleshooting on both Windows and macOS. You will perform the day-to-day management of the EUC platform for both Windows and macOS and support the migration project where required. This role will involve dealing with escalation calls from 1st line engineers, remotely building and supporting the build of devices, assessing faulty equipment, and providing replacements, escalating hardware issues to vendor for replacement.

The ideal candidate will have recently completed a similar role for another government department, or will have worked in a similar size project environment.
