Rapidly expanding network MSP is looking to hire a Head of Network Service Delivery to lead the delivery of network solutions across a range of verticals covering WAN, LAN, WLAN, Firewall, SDWAN, Wireless, AI type solutions. This is a commercially focussed role where you will be responsible for liaising and managed the customer relationship for larger solution delivery. Duties will also include monitoring, control and support service delivery; ensuring systems, methodologies and procedures are in place and followed. Work with the Account Managers, Sales Directors and Project teams to ensure impact of client and internal projects is understood and factored into Service Delivery
Lead a team of service delivery managers, leading high performing multiple teams to ensure operational delivery aligns with and achieves strategic vision. Providing feedback through mentoring and coaching on individual development, skills and training requirements within the team.
It is essential that you have extensive service delivery experience within a network service provider/MSP and have strong commercial acumen.
