About the role:
We're seeking a seasoned professional with a specialization in insurance and Salesforce industries to lead the architecture of a health insurance implementation. You'll focus on large corporate and broker-led business, overseeing the Salesforce solution design and implementation. Engage with enterprise architects and Salesforce services teams on designs to drive success.
Required Skills:
- Salesforce Industries Insurance expertise, preferably in health insurance
- Understanding of core insurance processes: quote, policy, claims
- Excellent communication skills for presenting solution approaches
- Proficiency in Salesforce platform architecture, including integration
And this will be a great to have:
- Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud and Health Cloud
- Familiarity with Health Cloud features like provider networks and care management
