Mechanical Design Engineer

Location: Edenbridge, Kent

Salary: £35,000 to £40,000 + benefits

I am working with an independent UK manufacturer of electromechanical products provided for various applications to a range of highly regarded customers. They don't only produce off the shelf lines, but are continually developing Legacy and new products too.

This role will encompass the full product life cycle for a Mechanical Design Engineer, working closely with cross functional departments, contributing to product improvements by working in a closeknit team of engineers.

What our client is looking for

  • HNC/HND or Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Worked with Electromechanical products for over 3 years
  • Ideally (but not essential) a Solidworks user
  • Confident in leading projects and working in collaboration with multiple departments
  • Good GD&T knowledge would be very advantageous
