M365/SharePoint Developer - Inside IR35 £500 (Contract)

M365/SharePoint Developer Contractor

Rate £500 p/day inside

Location: Hybrid - 2 days per week on-site in London

Term: Minimum 6 months, with potential for a 6-month extension

Start Date: As soon as possible

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled M365/SharePoint Developer with extensive experience in on-premises to SharePoint cloud migrations and a deep understanding of Microsoft Purview. This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team and play a key role in the creation of a robust document library with a strong focus on Data Loss Prevention (DLP).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute on-premises to SharePoint Online migration projects.
  • Develop, configure, and maintain SharePoint sites, document libraries, and associated workflows.
  • Implement and manage Microsoft Purview for enhanced data governance and compliance.
  • Design and implement Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies and ensure data security and compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored SharePoint solutions.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SharePoint environments.
  • Conduct training sessions and create documentation for end-users and IT staff.

Experience we'd like to see:

  • Proven experience as an M365/SharePoint Developer.
  • Strong background in migrating from on-premises SharePoint to SharePoint Online.
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Purview, including data classification and governance.
  • Expertise in developing and managing SharePoint document libraries with a focus on DLP.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell Scripting and other automation tools for SharePoint administration.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
  • Ability to be on-site in London for 2 days per week.
