About the Role:
Seeking a Building Performance Engineer to optimize Building Management System (BMS) operations and ensure compliance with Net Zero Carbon (NZC) commitments and NABERS standards. Responsibilities include implementing BMS optimization recommendations, conducting system audits, and supporting smart building system integration.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement BMS optimization recommendations.
Ensure compliance with NABERS standards.
Support smart building system integration.
Identify and implement energy-saving interventions.
Conduct system audits and provide actionable recommendations.
Monitor equipment performance and address deviations.
Maintain building design operations and manage change control processes.
Standardize BMS Asset Hierarchy and monitor user access.
Provide technical guidance on data integration and reliability-centered maintenance.
Act as the super-user for relevant platforms and support infrastructure migration.
Candidate Requirements:
Relevant qualifications in BMS/automated controls and electrical engineering.
Experience in BMS maintenance, repair, and installation.
Familiarity with energy management principles and smart systems.
Proficiency in fault finding, report writing, and reliability engineering techniques.
Strong communication skills and commitment to safety standards.
