Actimize Support Engineer (Contract)
Location: Swindon, Wiltshire Country: UK
As a member of the larger Economic Crime Technology team, we are searching for an Actimize Engineer capable of working across all facets of Integrated Fraud Management (IFM). This entails aiding with other engineering-related duties in addition to having production support as the main duty.The client is a financial institution committed to providing excellent customer service. The Economic Crime project aims to prevent and detect financial crimes.
Skill: Actimize IFM application hands-on experience (min 2-3 years) is mandatory for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Production Support during normal working day and on call for off hours
- Designing and Coding Rules and Coding Rulesets
- Preparing Alert Workflows and Routing Policies
- Developing and carrying out tests on Actimize IFM platform components
- Arranging Actimize DEV testing environments
- Documenting the steps involved in implementation and troubleshooting
