Job Title: IAM Consultant (2 positions)
Location: Preston (Onsite once every 2-3 weeks, the rest is remote)
Start Date: 15th April
End Date: 20th September
Max Rate: £1000 per day (inside)

Role Overview: We are seeking two IAM Consultants to join our team and work on a project for a top UK electricity distribution network operator. The ideal candidates will have IAM consulting experience, with a focus on Operational Technology (OT) environments. You will be responsible for assessing, designing, and building IAM (Identity and Access Management) solutions tailored to OT environments, with expertise in Microsoft Azure AD (MS ENtra) and PAM (Privileged Access Management) knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
* Utilize IAM consulting experience to assess, design, and build IAM solutions covering OT environments.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to understand IAM requirements and develop tailored solutions.
* Assess, design, and build IAM PIDs (Privileged Identity Management) covering OT environments, with expertise in Microsoft Azure AD (MS ENtra) and PAM (Privileged Access Management).
* Ensure IAM solutions align with industry standards and best practices, with experience across both IT and OT environments.
* Provide expertise and guidance on IAM technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance the overall security posture of the electricity distribution network operator.
* Stay abreast of emerging IAM trends and technologies, recommending appropriate solutions to address evolving security challenges.
* Act as a subject matter expert on IAM matters, providing mentorship and knowledge transfer to junior team members as needed.

Key Requirements:
* Proven experience in IAM consulting with a focus on Operational Technology (OT) environments.
* Demonstrated expertise in assessing, designing, and building IAM solutions tailored to OT environments.
* Strong understanding of IAM principles, technologies, and protocols, with expertise in Microsoft Azure AD (MS ENtra) and PAM (Privileged Access Management).
* Experience across both IT and OT environments, ensuring IAM solutions meet the unique requirements of each.
* Familiarity with industry standards and frameworks related to IAM, such as NIST, ISO 27001, and CIS Controls.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Active engagement in the IAM community, participation in conferences, and continuous learning to stay updated on the latest trends and developments.
