Seeking an Innovative Product Lead for Payments Solutions

A prestigious global financial Powerhouse is seeking an experienced Product Lead to join their Payments Commerce and Solutions team. This key role will drive product strategy and innovation for the firm's payment facilitator offerings across Europe.

The Role:
As a Product Manager, you will be the voice of the customer, developing profitable payment products that deliver exceptional value. You will own the full product life cycle - from strategy and roadmap to launch and continuous iteration based on data and customer feedback. Collaborating across functions, you will ensure scalable, resilient payment solutions that exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop product vision and strategy for European payment facilitator products
  • Conduct market research to identify new product opportunities
  • Manage requirements, backlog, and execution of the product roadmap
  • Define and track key success metrics across cost, features, risk, reliability
  • Build deep understanding of customer needs through data and research
  • Cultivate strong cross-functional partnerships to align on strategy

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years product management experience, preferably in payments/acquiring
  • Proven expertise in payment facilitators and European payments landscape
  • Ability to drive full product life cycle from idea to launch
  • Strategic decision-making skills balancing business, technical, and team needs
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Intellectual curiosity about payments technology, architecture, scalability
  • Keen knowledge of industry and regulatory trends
  • Promote teamwork, collaboration, and inclusivity
