Business Analyst - Local Authority (Contract)
Location: Chelmsford, Essex Country: UK Rate: £350 - £400 per day + INSIDE IR35
My client are looking for an experienced Business Analyst who has previous experience gained working with local authority sector clients to join their team on an initial 12 month contract.
The successful contractor will have strong experience of delivering full life cycle projects within an Agile environment, allied with a demonstrable understanding of the local authority sector and an appreciation of the challenges and opportunities within local authority service areas.
The role will involve working with a range of stakeholders to capture and document business needs and requirements and to create use cases, user stories and business process mapping. Previous experience of working on full software development life cycle (SDLC) projects is essential, as well as broader experience working across technology, digital and data focussed projects.
Strong stakeholder manager skills are essential, with the ability to work with teams across complex local authority organisations to deliver projects that enhance the quality of the local authority's services and products.
This role requires presence onsite in Essex 3 times a week and is deemed Inside IR35.
