Business Change Consultant (Contract)
Location: Remote work Country: UK Rate: £475 - 550 per day
Business Change Consultant - £475/£550 per day Outside - 2 month initial contract - REMOTE/minimal office visits You will provide Business Change Support for a project to develop and improve industry standards using a range of information, including the latest scientific research.
You will join a Work Group where the first instance is to perform the initial analysis, as-is, lessons learnt, gap analysis and to define what to-be looks like.
You will need to work in and navigate complex relationships to gain the required stakeholder engagement for the outcome.
S
uccessful candidate will be kept on for implementation - project deadline February 2025. To apply you should have the following skills and experience: - Strong Business Change analysis background
- Core Business Analysis - rather than too tech focussed
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship exposure
- Highly process driven
- Ability to learn new domains/environments quickly
- Ability to review, map and redefine complex processes
- Excellent Change Management experience
- Excellent communications
- Core Business Analysis skills
- Ability to work with Project Manager to deliver outcome required
- Exposure to working with scientific
- Gravitas to gain buy-in from stakeholders to create a robust standard
- Ability to facilitate meetings/discussions
- Knowledge of UK fisheries or farming standards would be beneficial but no way mandatory
Remote working: Flex on workshops/attending adhoc working group meetings.
