Job Title: SAP Change Manager

Location: Remote

Rate: £375/day (outside IR-35)

Company Overview: Join a global leader in project management as a SAP Change Manager. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with project managers and central cluster resources to ensure successful project implementation through effective change management strategies.

Role Overview: As the SAP Change Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating change management activities across various countries to support the implementation of SAP projects. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that people, change, communication, and training are effectively integrated into the project plan. Additionally, you will coach and mentor local change leads and project teams to develop and implement comprehensive readiness and change plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with project managers and central cluster resources to integrate people, change, communication, and training into the project plan.
• Coordinate knowledge transfer from internal teams to support countries in delivering change elements according to the project plan.
• Coach and mentor local change leads and project teams to develop effective readiness and change plans.
• Facilitate stakeholder analysis and engagement planning for countries.
• Guide countries in identifying local change impacts and ensure they are incorporated into local communication and engagement plans.
• Assist countries in scheduling training and monitor participation to ensure relevant co-workers are trained.
• Establish, sustain, and support implementation networks in countries during and after project implementation.
• Record and manage risks and issues related to transition and change, define mitigations, and drive necessary corrective actions.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure localized change management tools and materials (CIA, communication & engagement plan) are in place and realized in each country.
• Develop and implement an overall training approach for scheduling training sessions.
• Track, monitor, and follow up on the progress of the P&BR areas in the project plan.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in change management within SAP implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and mentoring skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at various levels.
• SAP certification or relevant experience is a plus.
