Our leading Technology client are looking for a Customer Experience Manager to help transform their digital customer experience. You'll be responsible for leading their customers digital adoption and self-service utilisation, identifying and driving new capabilities that mitigate customer contacts.

This is a brilliant opportunity to work in a newly created role, for a forward-thinking organisation.

The following skills/experience is essential:

  • Previously worked in digital, driving customer adoption and experience improvements.
  • Understanding of Product Management
  • Analytical mindset
  • Degree educated
  • An understanding of Service Design is desirable
  • Excellent communication skills

Salary: Excellent + bonus + package

Location: London (good work from home options available)
