Our leading Technology client are looking for a Customer Experience Manager to help transform their digital customer experience. You'll be responsible for leading their customers digital adoption and self-service utilisation, identifying and driving new capabilities that mitigate customer contacts.

The following skills/experience is essential:
- Previously worked in digital, driving customer adoption and experience improvements.
- Understanding of Product Management
- Analytical mindset
- Degree educated
- An understanding of Service Design is desirable
- Excellent communication skills
