ARM is partnering with a large Defence client who has an exciting job opportunity for an experienced Data Manager to be based out of their Romsey offices.

As a Data Manager, you'll be responsible for a small team and actively building out the overall data and BI architecture and quality framework to enable data-driven decision-making that sets the pace for the company's growth strategy. You'll be the internal data quality champion, supporting the stakeholders to develop their key performance indicators (KPIs) along with subsequent reporting whilst working across the business to ensure appropriate governance of data.

Key experience required:

* A good background in data and analytic architecture design including developing data management and BI practices
* Able to advance data and analytic management maturity through defining, assessing & workshopping improvements
* Exposure to tools such as PowerBI, Boomi or IFS; but training can be given
* Any experience gained working in the National Security, Aerospace, and Defence sectors will be beneficial
* Previous experience with ERP implementations, as you'll be joining midway through one.
